As you use Aloha, it is more than likely that the page you will use the most is your Conversations page since this is where all of the texts between you and your patients will be. Since you will be messaging most (if not all) of your patients on this page, it can get a little crowded. We recommend keeping the Conversation Inbox as clean as possible that way it's easier for you and your team to know which conversations still need to be handled or not.

To clean up the Conversation Page using out Archive Feature, Go to the CONTACTS tab > CONVERSATIONS page.

The Archive buttons are located above the texting thread and just below the patient/customer's Name and Number. As the name suggests, these buttons will archive the conversation, NOT DELETE IT, and store it in the contact's conversation history.

There are 2 ways to Archive a Conversation:

  1. Click on the Conversation that you would like to archive and then above the texting thread click on the "Inbox" icon

  2. To Archive MULTIPLE Conversations at once click on the "Box" icon. That will bring up check mark boxes next to each conversation on the list. Click the Conversations that you would like to Archive and then at the bottom of the screen click the GREEN Archive button.

Once archived there are 2 ways to pull the conversation back up to bring it back into the Conversations page.

  1. Use the search bar near the top left corner to find and select the patient's conversation

  2. Go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page and use the search bar to find the patient name and click the gray Talk Bubble on the far right of the contact
