How to View Bookings
Go to the SCHEDULING tab > SCHEDULING HISTORY page.
The Scheduling History page will show ALL the appointments that have been booked using the Online Scheduler and The Scheduling App.
If a patient books an appointment and the appointment is not saved/written back into your PMS (Patient Management System) you can use the "X" button to the right of that appointment and that will OPEN UP that appointment time for someone else to book.
What Does Each Column Mean?
Contact: Reflects the patient's name that scheduled their appointment.
Phone: The number that has been input/associated with the contact.
Appointment Type: The specific appointment scheduled.
Provider: The provider the appointment is scheduled with.
Origin: Where the appointment was booked (Online scheduling, The Scheduling App, Within Aloha directly).
Source: The specific code or section that was used to book. For example, if the patient booked through the "Online Scheduler", it can reflect whether it was booked on your site or Facebook Ad.
How?: How did the patient hear about your practice?
Scheduled At: The date the patient booked the appointment.
Appointment Date: The date of their scheduled visit.
