You want to choose a specific review to post, rather than letting the system post one automatically.
You need to find the page where you can manually post reviews.

Your Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn business pages must be connected to your Aloha account.

✅ Manually Posting a Review
Follow these simple steps to share your favorite review.
Navigate to the Post Reviews Page. In your Aloha account, go to FEEDBACK > Post Reviews.
Choose the Review. Find the dropdown menu labeled Choose a Review. Select the specific 5-star review you want to share from the list.
Preview and Post. After selecting a review, a preview will appear, showing you how it will look.
Click the Post to Facebook, Post to Instagram, or Post to LinkedIn button.

My Post Reviews Page has an error message for my Social Media Accounts. | Your social media account is likely disconnected from Aloha, or you haven't connected it yet. The connection needs to be re-authorized periodically for security reasons. | Go to the Gear Icon (⚙️) > Integrations page. Find the Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn within the drop down menu under the Other Integrations section and follow the prompts to sign in and connect (or reconnect) your account. |
Can I edit the review text or the background image before I post it? | No. To maintain authenticity and compliance, the review text and the associated background image cannot be altered. The system posts the review exactly as the patient wrote it. | The only option is to post the review as-is. This feature allows you to choose which authentic review to share. |
I clicked "Post," but it hasn't appeared on our Facebook page yet. | There can sometimes be a short delay (a few minutes) as the post is sent from Aloha and processed by the social media platform. | Please wait 5-10 minutes and then refresh your social media page. If it still hasn't appeared, try posting it one more time. If the issue persists, contact support. |
