This setting lets you decide how far back in time Aloha should look when it automatically shares reviews. This is how you stop old reviews from popping up on your timeline.
In your Aloha account, navigate to Feedback > Post Reviews.
Look for the dropdown menu labeled Auto-post Limit.
Choose your time limit. Click the dropdown and select how far back you want the system to look (e.g., 2 weeks, 6 months).
Click the Save Settings button (for Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) to apply your new timeframe.
What to expect: Aloha will now only automatically share reviews that were received within the timeframe you chose.

You can check every single review you receive and manually decide whether to highlight it or keep it hidden. This setting applies to both your website review widgets and integrated social media accounts.
Navigate to Show Reviews. In your Aloha account, go to the FEEDBACK tab and then click the Show Reviews sub-tab.
Locate the review. Find the specific patient review you want to manage from the list.
Update the Visibility Status. Change the review's status using the options available:
Approved: The review is allowed to show on your website and can be posted to social media.
Hidden: The review will not show on your website or be available for social media posting (it will still exist on the original third-party site like Google or Facebook).
Promoted: This review will be highlighted and prioritized on your website's widget, making it stand out even as new ones come in.
