✨ When You Need This Guide

Use this guide if you’re trying to:

  • Get reviews from patients to show up on Google or Facebook

  • Link your Aloha account to your Google, Facebook, or Instagram business pages

  • Respond to reviews directly inside your Aloha dashboard

  • See what Google account is tied to your business page

💡 You’ll need login access to the Google, Facebook, or Instagram account tied to your business pages.


📲 How to Set Up Your Google, Facebook, and Instagram Integrations

1. Go to Your Integrations Page

  • Click the Gear Icon (⚙️) in the top right of your Aloha account.

  • Select the INTEGRATION page.

2. Choose a Platform

  • Scroll to Other Integrations

  • Select either:

    • Google

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

3. Connect Your Account

  • Click the button that says CONNECT TO GOOGLE or CONNECT TO FACEBOOK

  • Follow the login prompts using your business account credentials

  • Repeat for each platform you want to link (you can connect one at a time)

Once connected, you can track and reply to reviews directly from Aloha.


Maintaining Connections and Resolving Disconnections

Even after initial setup, connections to Google and Facebook might occasionally get disrupted. Follow these guidelines for troubleshooting:

  • Be aware that updates to Google and Facebook policies can require reconnection every couple of months.

  • Ensure account credentials remain up-to-date, as changes like password updates may revoke access temporarily. For reconnection:

    • Access the Aloha application.

    • Navigate to Gear Icon > Integrations, then select the platform (Google or Facebook).

    • Click "Reconnect" or sign in again using your business credentials.

Troubleshooting these issues promptly ensures uninterrupted functionality for review posting and management.


✅ How to Confirm Google Is Connected

  1. On the Integrations page, click on Google again.

  2. You should see:

    • The admin account connected (email)

    • The business name and location

  3. If the wrong info appears, you may be logged into a personal account, not the one connected to your business.


Finding the Correct Google Admin Login

If you’re not sure which email has admin rights to your Google Business page:

  1. Click Manage Now

  2. Type in your business name and select your listing

  3. You’ll see a partial email of the owner/admin account

    • If it’s your email, use it to log in through Aloha

    • If not, you can request access


🎉 You’ll Know It’s Working When:

  • Your business listing appears under Google in Aloha

  • You can see and respond to reviews

  • Patients can leave reviews using links from Aloha message

  • New reviews are auto-posted to your linked Facebook, Instagram and/or Linkedin if configured
