Tags are a great way to easily sort your patients into groups. You can apply tags using campaigns, start a campaign using tags, and even use tags to send Bulk Messages.

Some Examples of Tags You May Create Include:

  • Dinner Group

  • Leads From Event

  • Massage Patients

  • Weightloss Event

  • Existing Patients

  • Dr. Dan’s Patient List

  • 2020 Patients

  • Supplement Leads

. . .  or anything else you can think of to categorize your specific patient base!

How to Start a Campaign Based Off a Tag:

  1. Go to the CAMPAIGNS tab > SHOW CAMPAIGNS page

  2. Click +Add Campaign

  3. Under the dropdown menu for Type, select “Tag Applied” then click Add Campaign

  4. Another dropdown menu will appear for Type showing “-select-,” choose from the available tags or click  “-add a tag-” (see instructions on How to Create a Tag)

  5. Then click Save Campaign

Tags can be used in existing campaigns as a step. For instance, at the end of your New Patient Campaign, you may want to add a step to apply the tag “Existing Patients” in order to add the New Patient into your existing patient group.

Bulk Messages

To send a Bulk Message in Review Wave go to the CONTACTS tab > SEND BULK MESSAGE page.

  1. Choose if you want to send a Text/SMS, Email, or both

  2. Select the specific tag which you want to send the bulk message from the Recipient Criteria drop down menu.

  3. Type out your message or choose a Saved Reply

  4. Click PREVIEW.

  5. Scroll down and this will be a list of everyone who will receive your message!

Then you need to decide to SEND NOW or SEND LATER:

-SEND NOW will go out immediately

-SEND LATER is a way to have the message delivered at a specific date/time.
