โœจ When You Need This Guide

Use this guide when you want to send a single message or short series of messages to a specific group or individual without setting up automation triggers.

Great for:

  • Special in-office promotions

  • Newsletters

  • Limited-time offers

  • Events or holiday hours


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Create a Manual Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns > Show Campaigns

  2. Click +Add in the top right corner

  3. Under Type, select Manual

  4. (Optional) Add a Keyword to let patients text a word (e.g. โ€œNEWSLETTERโ€) to opt-in

  5. Click Add Campaign

๐Ÿ“ Youโ€™re now ready to add campaign steps (like texts or emails)!


โž• Add Steps to the Manual Campaign

  1. Click +Add Step

  2. Name your step (e.g. โ€œPromo Text 1โ€)

  3. Choose your action: Send Text or Send Email

  4. Select a template or create a new one

  5. Set the timing for when the message should send (e.g., immediately or after a short delay)

  6. Click Add Campaign Step


๐Ÿ‘ค How to Trigger a Manual Campaign for a Single Contact

Need to send this campaign to just one person? Hereโ€™s how:

  1. Go to Contacts > Show Contacts

  2. Search for the patient by name

  3. Click their name to open the Contact Settings

  4. Scroll to the Campaigns section

  5. Select the Manual Campaign from the dropdown

  6. Click Start

๐Ÿ“Œ This adds the patient to the campaign immediately and starts the message sequence.


๐Ÿ’ฌ Youโ€™ll Know Itโ€™s Working When:

  • Your contact appears under the campaign

  • Messages begin sending at your configured times

  • Replies or clicks start rolling in from patients

  • Use Manual Campaigns for seasonal pushes, flash sales, or personalized messages
