This guide is for you when you need to manage who gets the automated Review Report and how often. Use this if:
You need to change or add an email address for who receives the scheduled Review Report.
You want to change how often the report is sent (e.g., from monthly to weekly).
You want to stop receiving the Review Report email altogether.
You're looking for where the main report settings are located.
What is the Review Report?
The Review Report is an automated email summary that gives you a snapshot of your recent review activity without having to log in.
β Changing Your Report Recipients and Frequency
Navigate to Settings. Go to the Gear Icon (βοΈ) > Settings.
Find the 'Reports' Section. Scroll down the page until you see the REPORTS heading.
To Change How Often the Report is Sent:
Use the dropdown menu directly above the email field.
Select your desired frequency: Weekly or Monthly.
To turn the report off completely, select No.
To Change Who Receives the Report:
Click inside the text box labeled Review Report Recipient(s).
Add, edit, or remove the email addresses as needed.
Pro Tip: To send the report to multiple people, separate each email address with a comma (e.g., manager@email.com, owner@email.com).
Save Your Changes. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save Report Settings button. Your new settings will take effect for the next scheduled report.
