One of the key features of Review Wave is being able to send patient text messages directly from the web app. Not only can you set up your account to automatically send patients text messages, but you can also manually send them messages in case either you or the patient needs it.

To send a manual text message to a patient, go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page.

Then in the top right, enter the patient's name in the "Search Bar".  Once you find the patient you are looking for, click on the "Send SMS" icon on the far right hand side, next to their name.

This will take you to the CONVERSATIONS page and will be set to send that patient a text message.  Just type your message at the bottom of the conversation in the field that says "New Message".  Once your message is typed, hit the "Send Now" button and the text will be sent!

If you would like the message to be delivered at a later day and time click on "Send Later".

Now, just determine at what day and time you would like the message delivered and click "Schedule"!
