Sometimes it can be time-consuming to stop what you're doing to go check in on your schedule for the day. Review Wave makes it easier for you by allowing you to communicate with patients and check your schedule on the same site. To view a list of patients with upcoming appointments, follow the steps below:

Go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page.

From there click on the filter "Next Appointment" to filter contacts by their next appointment. Alternatively, you can also click on the filter "Last Reminder" to view contacts by their last appointment reminder. 

Alternatively, if you have Online Scheduling you can also view your appointments by going to the SCHEDULING tab > CALENDAR page. From there, you can choose to view your appointments by day or you can view the full week's worth of appointments using the Day/Week Switch on the top right.

On the left side, you can use the calendar to select the day or week you would like to view. In addition, you can use the left side to select which providers should be displayed on the calendar or not. The calendar will display all available providers by default.
