📅 How to View Your Upcoming Appointments

Quick ways to check your daily, weekly, or patient-specific schedule

✨ When You Need This Guide

Need a fast way to view who’s coming in today or plan ahead for the week? Whether you’re confirming patient appointments or prepping for your shift, Aloha makes it easy to check your schedule and stay organized.

Use this guide when:

  • You want to see which patients have upcoming appointments

  • You’re looking for daily or weekly schedule views

  • You need to check who received their last reminder

  • You’re working from both Contacts and the Calendar view

✅ How to View Upcoming Appointments

Option 1: From the Contacts Tab

  1. Go to the CONTACTS tab > Show Contacts page
    This displays all patient contacts in your system.

  2. Click the filter “Next Appointment”
    This will sort your contacts by their upcoming appointment dates so you can easily view who’s coming in soon.

  3. Or use the “Last Reminder” filter
    This shows who most recently received an appointment reminder—great for verifying messages were sent!

Option 2: From the Calendar Tab (For Online Scheduling Users)

  1. Go to the SCHEDULING tab > Calendar page
    This gives you a visual layout of your patient schedule.

  2. Use the “Day” or “Week” view toggle in the top-right
    Easily switch between viewing a single day or the entire week’s appointments.

  3. Select a date using the calendar on the left
    Click any day to jump to that date's appointments.

  4. Choose which providers to view
    Use the provider selector on the left side to show or hide specific providers. All providers are shown by default.
