Each package Review Wave offers comes with a different number of text credits available per billing cycle. Depending on which one you're currently using, you always want to be on top of how many text credits you're using billing cycle. No need to worry though, Review Wave has got you covered there.

You can view how many characters your Bulk Message includes by using the Character Counter and how many texting credits your Bulk Message will use per contact by using the Texting Credit Counter.

Go to the CONTACTS tab > BULK MESSAGE page. In the bottom right of the Message box, you will see the Character Counter and Texting Credit Counter. 

If you type the following message below in the SMS MESSAGE BOX provided, the Credit Counter will inform you that 2 Texting Credits will be used per message:

"Review Wave gives you a select amount of Texting Credits per month, based on your package. Once your allowance is met, additional texts sent will result in overage fees at a cost of $0.02 per text."*

This means that sending the message above to 1,000 contacts would use 2,000 of your Texting Credits per month. Why does this message cost 2 credits?
