🎨 Adding an Image to a Form
Want to make your form stand out—or help patients visually understand your message? Add a custom image to your form in just a few clicks!
Steps to Add an Image:
In the Step Designer, click the Image button
Click the magnifying glass in the URL field
Click + Add Image (top right), then upload an image from your computer
Select your image to insert it into the form
Image Placement Options:
Width (%): Resize your image by percentage (e.g. set to 50% for smaller display)
Alignment: Choose where it appears—Left, Center, or Right
Field Width:
Full: Spans the full width of the form
Half: Shares the row with another field
After customizing your image settings, click OK.
💡 You can drag and reposition your image using the handle on the top-left of the image bar.
✏️ Adding a Drawable Field to a Form
Give patients a way to visually mark where they feel pain or discomfort! The Drawable Field is great for diagrams or body charts, and it's interactive even from a phone.
Steps to Add a Drawable Field:
In Step Designer, click Drawable Field
Choose a Field Name
Field: Create a new field or choose an existing one
Label: What the patient sees
Name: Internal identifier for automations or replacement strings
Upload a Base Image
Click Choose Image
Click + Add Image and select from your device
Once uploaded, click the image thumbnail to insert it
Customize the Placement
Label Position: Top or Left of the image
Alignment: Left, Right, or Center
Field Width: Full or Half layout options
When finished, click OK. The Drawable Field will now appear in your form layout.
👉 Drag it wherever you'd like in the Step Designer using the top-left handle.
💾 Don’t Forget to Save
Once you’re done editing your form, scroll to the bottom left and click Save Form to lock in your changes.
