Want to give patients a warm welcome or provide clear instructions within your form? Rich Text is a great way to personalize your forms, share expectations, and introduce your practice before the appointment even begins.
Some examples include:

🔍 Section-specific instructions or disclaimers
🛠️ How to Add Rich Text to Your Form
Open your form from FORMS > SHOW FORMS, then go to the Step Designer
Click the “Rich Text” button to open the settings box
Customize the content:
Content: Type or paste in your custom text
Field Width:
Full: Text will span the full width of the form
Half: Text will take up half the form width—great for pairing with another field side-by-side
Click OK to save your Rich Text settings
🧩 Positioning the Rich Text
Once your Rich Text appears in the Step Designer:
Use the drag handle in the top left corner to move the section wherever you’d like
Place it above or below other fields to organize your form clearly for patients
💡 Rich Text is for display only—patients will not be able to interact with it.
✅ You’re Done!
Your Rich Text section is now live on the form. You don’t need to re-embed the form—your updates will appear automatically.
