✅ Build Your Form Notification Template 📧

Follow these simple steps to create your customized email alert:

  1. Go to the FORMS tab > Click SHOW TEMPLATES

    • This is where you can manage and create templates for notifications and messages.

  2. Click the + Add button in the top-right corner

  3. Choose Notification Email

    • This tells the system you're building an internal alert—not a patient message.

  4. Fill out the form:

    • Recipient Email: Enter the email(s) where you want the alerts sent.

    • Message Content: Type out the notification message. This can be as fun or formal as you’d like!
      Example: "BOOM! A new patient submitted a form. Check it out now!"

  5. Click SAVE
