đ Set Up Your Scheduling Lead Campaign
Letâs walk through how to activate or customize a campaign to help convert your leads into appointments.
1ď¸âŁ Access Your Campaign Settings
Go to: Campaigns > Show Campaigns
Click: Add Campaign to start fresh
â(Your account already includes a default Scheduling Lead Campaign, but you can build your own for more control!)
2ď¸âŁ Name Your Campaign
Use a clear, purpose-driven name like "Scheduling Lead Follow-Up"
This helps your team identify what itâs used for at a glance

3ď¸âŁ Understand the First Message Behavior
When a lead abandons scheduling, Aloha automatically sends a built-in text + email
This message is pulled from the âScheduling Abandonedâ template (found under Scheduling > Show Templates)
âąď¸ It sends within 20 minutes of abandonment
⨠Tip: This first message doesnât appear as a campaign step, but it acts like Step 1
Set your first manual campaign step to trigger at least 1 hour after the abandonment to avoid overlap
4ď¸âŁ Add Campaign Steps
Click Add Step to build your campaign timeline
Steps 2, 3, 4, etc. will send additional reminders after the default message
Example campaign structure:

For each step, choose or create a Text/Email Template
Tailor your messages to match your brand voice, tone, and goals
Make sure the call-to-action (like the scheduling link) is clear and easy to access
6ď¸âŁ Save & Activate
After customizing all steps, click Save
Then Activate your campaign so it starts working for you right away
