Duration-Based Custom Metrics and Funnel Stages

Follow these steps to create duration-based custom metrics:

Step 1: Head to Integrations

Navigate to the "Integrations" section on your platform.

Step 2: Click on "KPIs"

Select the "KPIs" option.

Step 3: Select the "Add Fields" Dropdown

Click on the "Add Fields" dropdown to expand the options.

Step 4: Click on "Custom Metrics"

Choose "Custom Metrics" from the dropdown.

Step 5: Add Conditions

Define the conditions for your custom metric.

Step 6: Choose Data Type as Duration

Select "Duration" as the data type.

To create funnel stages that are based on duration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Head to Integrations

Go to the "Integrations" section.

Step 2: Click on "KPIs"

Select the "KPIs" option.

Step 3: Select the "Add Fields" Dropdown

Click on the dropdown to reveal more options.

Step 4: Click on "Funnel Stages"

Choose "Funnel Stages" from the options.

Step 5: Add Conditions

Set the conditions for your funnel stages.

Step 6: Choose Stage Type as Duration

Select "Duration" as the stage type.

Note: This option is available only for numeric stages within the platform.
