Funnel metrics help you evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing and sales efforts by providing insights into how leads progress through different stages. By analyzing these metrics, you can identify bottlenecks, areas of improvement, and make better data-driven decisions.
Follow these steps to create Funnel Metrics in Revlitix:
Step 1: Navigate to the Funnel Metrics Setup
Go to the Integrations module.
Click on the KPIs card.
Click Add Fields.
From the dropdown, select Funnel Metrics.
Step 2: Field Name
Provide a unique name for the Funnel Metric.
If the name already exists, the system will display an error message.
Step 3: Field Description
Add a relevant description to explain the purpose of this Funnel Metric.
This helps other team members understand its context and intent.
Step 4: Data Type
Choose a data type for your metric:
Number
Percentage
Currency
The chosen type determines how the metric is calculated and displayed.
Step 5: Variables
Use the search field to select from available funnel stages.
You can:
Add new stages by clicking Add New
Remove stages by clicking Delete
Step 6: Formula
Use standard mathematical operations to define your metric’s formula.
You can manually type the formula in the space provided.
The formula must follow the BODMAS rule using the stages you've selected.
Step 7: Create the Funnel Metric
Click the Create button.
Once successful, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
You’ve now successfully created a Funnel Metric in Revlitix. These metrics will give you a clearer view of how leads convert through your funnel and where you can optimize for better performance.
