Step-by-step guide to creating funnel metrics

Funnel Metrics are crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of the User's marketing and sales efforts. They provide insights into how effectively the User can convert leads into customers.

Field Name

Provide a name for the Funnel metric field. The Field name given by the User must be unique; otherwise, the system will send an error message.

Field Description

The User can provide a relevant description substantiating the Field name. A field name description will ensure team members understand the objective for creating the Funnel metric.

Data Type

The Data Types mentioned are 'Number,' 'Percentage,' and 'Currency'. The Funnel metric is computed about the Data type chosen while creating the Funnel metric.

Variables

A search-to-text field is given in the drop-down to help the User search from the list of stages. The Stages the Users are entitled to use are available in the drop-down.

The Users can include additional stages by clicking the 'Add New' button and simultaneously delete the variable from the list by clicking the 'Delete' button.

Formula

The Users can apply the standard mathematical operations to create a formula. They can type the formula in the space provided.

Users may apply the BODMAS standard to create the formula using the stages outlined for the Users.

Create

Click the 'Create' button to complete the creation of the Funnel Metric successfully.

A message appears at the bottom right corner of the screen when the Funnel Metric is created successfully.

By analyzing these metrics, the Users can identify the areas of improvement, the User can optimize, and make data-driven decisions.
