The Pipeline module in Revlitix helps you plan, track, and analyze your sales performance.
It offers two powerful tabs — Forecasting and Intent — designed to support your revenue planning and decision-making.
This guide will walk you through how to get started, view pipelines, apply filters, and manage key insights.
Forecasting Tab
Viewing Your Pipelines
The Forecasting tab displays a list of all pipelines created across your organization. For each pipeline, you'll see:
Pipeline Title – The name of the pipeline
Owner's Name – Who created or owns the pipeline
Creation Date – When the pipeline was first set up
Modification Date – When it was last updated
This gives you a quick overview of all active and historical pipelines.
Creating a New Pipeline
To create a new pipeline:
Click the New Pipeline button.
Note: Only users from the Salesforce channel with Read (R), Write (W), and Delete (D) permissions can create new pipelines.
Other users can view existing pipelines but cannot create new ones.
Exploring Pipeline Details
Click on any pipeline in the list to open its detailed view. You'll find:
Actual vs Expected Numbers – Compare forecasted goals with real outcomes
Goals Category – See whether you're on track, ahead, or behind your targets
Enhancing Analysis with Filters
The Forecasting tab includes several filters to help you focus on the most relevant data.
Historical Date Range
Choose from two preset time frames:
Last 12 months
Same period last year
Filter by Field & Deal Values
Narrow your analysis based on selected field values or deal-specific criteria.
Editing Pipeline Details
You can also update pipeline settings:
Revenue Goals
Forecast Duration
Historical Date Range
Object and Field Mapping (update funnel mapping and selections as needed)
This ensures your pipeline reflects your current priorities and data structure.
The Pipeline module helps you forecast with accuracy and analyze sales intent effectively.
From viewing and creating pipelines to customizing your filters and mapping, this tool supports better planning and strategic execution.
To get the most value, spend time exploring both tabs and tailoring the module to your unique business needs.
