Understanding Pipeline

The Pipeline module serves as your central hub for viewing and managing all the pipelines your organization has created.

This tool helps track progress toward your revenue goals by providing detailed insights into each pipeline.

Viewing Pipeline Details

Step 1: Access the Pipeline Listing

  • Open the Pipeline module from the main navigation.

  • You’ll see a list of all pipelines created by your organization.|

  • This list gives you a quick overview of ongoing initiatives and their objectives.



Step 2: Explore a Specific Pipeline

  • Click on any pipeline in the list to open its detailed view.

  • This view shows how the pipeline is performing and how close it is to meeting its Revenue Goal.

Understanding the Pipeline Interface

Once inside a pipeline, you’ll find two main tabs:

  • Forecasting:
    View projections and performance estimates to better plan future outcomes.

  • Intent:
    Understand user interest using intent data, which includes domain-level behavior, visit frequency, and CRM association.



Creating a New Pipeline

  • Click the New Pipeline button at the top of the module.

  • You’ll be guided through a simple setup process to create a pipeline from scratch, tailored to your objectives.

Editing a Pipeline

  • Locate the pipeline you want to update in the list.

  • Click the edit (pencil) icon or kebab (three-dot) menu next to it.

  • Make the necessary changes to keep the pipeline aligned with your latest goals.



Deleting a Pipeline

  • To remove a pipeline, click the delete (trash) icon next to it.

  • You’ll be asked to confirm the deletion to prevent accidental data loss.


A prompt will ask you to confirm the deletion, ensuring you don't accidentally erase essential data.

The Pipeline module is built to simplify your organization’s sales planning and progress tracking.

By using its forecasting tools, intent signals, and flexible pipeline management options, you can make smarter decisions and stay aligned with your revenue goals.
