Step 4: Associate CRM Channel

  • By default, the name of the associated CRM Channel will populate automatically to streamline the setup process.

Step 5: Configure Funnel Stages

  • Enter a display name for each funnel stage.

  • Select your Funnel Stage.

  • Create relationships between stages; the formula field will be computed automatically.

  • Modify levels as needed and delete stages if necessary (except the first stage).

  • Drag and drop stages to reorder them using the three vertical lines next to the display name.

  • Update the attached formula field accordingly when changing levels.

  • Delete any stage except the first stage.

  • Click the Add Stage icon to add new stages to the pipeline computation.

  • Note that the pipeline computation is based on revenue, and this field is hardcoded.

Step 6: Map the Pipeline

  • The system will select the object based on the funnel stages chosen during mapping.

  • Select the respective field value for the system-chosen object.

Step 7: Define Eligible Values

  • Values: Values are unique and vary based on the object selected on the pipeline creation page.

  • Users must select values to determine the forecasting fields.

  • Only the selected values will be included in the chosen fields' calculations.

Step 8: Set Revenue Target

  • Enter your revenue goal (required)

  • Goal Duration: Choose between two frequencies: This Month and This Quarter.

  • Historical Date Range: Select between the Last 12 Months and the same period last year to compare the revenue goal with the chosen historical data.

Step 9: Finalize and Calculate

  • Click Calculate to apply all configurations and generate your forecast.

Following these steps, you'll create a new pipeline tailored to your needs. This guide is intended to make the process as straightforward as possible.
