How to Access Insights in Sales Analytics

Insights in Revlitix's Sales Analytics provide a deep dive into the performance of representatives, teams, and the entire workspace.

These insights help identify root causes, assess performance, and highlight areas for improvement.​

Step 1: Navigate to Sales Analytics

  • Log in to your Revlitix account.

  • From your dashboard, click on the Sales Analytics section.

Step 2: View All Analytics

  • Within the Sales Analytics section, click on View All Analytics to see the complete list of available reports.

Step 3: Access the Insights Section

  • Click on a specific analytics report to open it.

  • Within the report, locate and click on the Insights tab to explore deeper analysis.

Step 4: Interact with Widgets

  • Within the Insights section, select the widget corresponding to the Representative, Team, or Workspace you wish to analyze.

  • Use the dropdown menu to choose specific metrics or view all metrics.

  • Select the desired time frame, such as the last 30 or 90 days, to filter the data accordingly.

Step 5: Launch AI Summary

  • Click on Launch Summary to generate an AI-driven summary of sales insights.

  • This summary will provide:

    • Root Cause Analysis: Understanding the underlying reasons behind performance trends.

    • Performance Metrics: Detailed metrics showing how the rep, team, or workspace is performing.

    • Areas for Improvement: Key areas with scope for improvement based on the analytics.

By following these steps, you can effectively utilize the insights in Sales Analytics to make informed decisions and improve performance across individual representatives, teams, and the entire workspace.
