Insights in Sales Analytics

In Sales Analytics, insights provide a deep dive into the performance of representatives, teams, and the entire workspace. These insights help identify root causes, assess performance, and highlight areas for improvement. Here's how you can access and utilize these insights effectively.

Step 1: Go to Sales Analytics

To start, navigate to the Sales Analytics section, where you can access various reports and insights.

Navigate to Sales Analytics: Click on the 'Sales Analytics' option on your dashboard. This might be located in the main menu, a sidebar.

Step 2: View All Analytics

View all available analytics to access the specific insights for representatives, teams, and workspaces.

Click on 'View All Analytics': In the Sales Analytics section, find and click on the 'View All Analytics' button or link. This will display all the analytics you can view.

Click the specific Analytics: Tap on specific Analytics to open and check the data on various tabs.

Step 3: Click on Insights

Access the insights section to start exploring deeper analysis.

Find 'Insights': Look for the 'Insights' option in the dashboard and click it.

Step 4: Click on the Widget

Choose the specific widget that provides detailed insights into the performance of representatives, teams, or the entire workspace.

Select the Widget: Click the widget dedicated to the Representative, Team, or Workspace. A dropdown menu allows you to select any metric or all metrics.

Step 5: Click on Launch Summary

For a comprehensive view driven by AI, launch the summary of sales insights.

Launch AI Summary: Click on 'Launch Summary' to generate an AI-driven summary of sales insights. This will provide a synthesized view of the data, highlighting critical insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Understand the underlying reasons behind performance trends.

  • Performance Metrics: Get detailed metrics showing how the rep, team, or workspace performs.

  • Areas for Improvement: Identify key areas where there is scope for improvement based on the analytics.

By following these steps, you can effectively utilize the insights in Sales Analytics to make informed decisions and improve the performance across individual representatives, teams, and the entire workspace.
