Customer Movement Report

Rewaa provides a Customer Movement, allowing you to track all interactions with your customers via the platform, including sales invoices, returns, and payment of dues. This report is updated automatically and in real time.

Accessing the Report

  • Navigate to: Reports > Sales > Customer Movement.

  • The report shows all the details. You can search for the customer's name, phone number, or filter and sort the search results.

ℹ️ All the report results are displayed based on the selected time period and filter options.

Report Details

The report provides insights into the following details:

Customer Name\ Customer Phone Number

Based on the data added in the customer section.

Location

The branch where the transaction occurred.

Transaction Reference

The transaction reference, whether is Sales or Return Invoice Number or the Purchase invoice in the platform.

Transaction Type

Any sales or returns through all sales channels, or receiving debit from the customer.

Transaction Date

The date when the transaction was made on the platform.

Transaction Quantity

The quantity of products in the invoice.

Paid Amount | Received Amount

The total amount collected or returned {Tax Inclusive} in Sales or Return transactions, or the received debit from the customer.

Payment method

The payment method used when making the transaction.

Channel

Point of Sale, Salla store, Zid store.

User

The account that issued the invoice or completed the transaction.

ℹ️ The table contains multiple columns and data. Use the horizontal scrollbar to view all columns.

Exporting the Report

To export the report:

  • Click on Export, then select (xlsx). An Excel file will be downloaded to your device, and you can view it after the download is complete.


FAQs

  1. Can I track when a customer paid their outstanding invoices?
    Yes,

    • Search for the customer's name.

    • Click on the filter icon in the Transaction Type column.

    • Select Receiving Debit from Customer.

    • All transactions made by the customer when paying their outstanding invoices will be displayed, along with the date for each transaction.

  2. Can user access to this report be restricted?
    Yes, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.

  • Navigate to User Permissions > Reports > Report List and enable Read.

  • Expand Sales Reports and locate Customer Movement.

  • Enable the necessary permissions.

  • Click Save Custom User to apply the changes.
