Rewaa provides a Customer Movement, allowing you to track all interactions with your customers via the platform, including sales invoices, returns, and payment of dues. This report is updated automatically and in real time.
Accessing the Customer Movement Report
Navigate to: Reports > Sales > Customer Movement.
Use the filters at the top of the page to search by:
Customer Name or Phone Number.
Channel (Rewaa platform or e-commerce store).
Location (Branch).
Transaction Type (e.g., sales, return, or payment).
Transaction Reference.
Time Period (Start and End Dates).
ℹ️ Results will display according to the selected time frame and filters.
Report Details
The report provides insights into the following details:
Customer Name: The customer involved in the transaction.
Customer Phone Number: Contact details of the customer.
Location: The branch where the transaction occurred.
Transaction Reference: Invoice or payment reference.
Transaction Type:
POS Sale: Sales invoice.
POS Return: Return invoice.
Sale Order: Sales invoice from online store orders (e.g., Salla, Zid).
Return Order: Return invoice from online store orders (e.g., Salla, Zid).
Customer Receive Debit: Payment made by the customer for a due invoice.
Transaction Date: Date of the invoice or payment.
Transaction Quantity : Number of items in the invoice.
Paid amount / received amount: Amount paid by the customer for the sale or outstanding payment.
Channel:
Point of Sales (POS): Transactions from Rewaa’s platform.
Salla, Zid: E-commerce stores connected to Rewaa.
User: The account that issued the invoice or completed the transaction.
Exporting the Report
To export the report:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the page.
Select xlsx to download the report as an Excel file.
FAQ
1. Can I track when a customer paid their outstanding invoices?
Yes, filter the report by the customer’s name and select the transaction type Customer Receive Debit. All transactions, including payment dates, will be displayed.
2. Can user access to this report be restricted?
Yes, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.
Navigate to User Permissions > Reports > Report List and enable Read.
Expand Sales Reports and locate Customer Movement.
Enable the necessary permissions.
Click Save Custom User to apply the changes.
