Customer Products Report

The Customer Products Report helps you identify the products frequently purchased by a specific customer, enabling you to create targeted offers to enhance loyalty and customer retention. By focusing on these products, you can optimize profitability and improve product quality to better meet customer needs.

Accessing the Report

  • Navigate to: Reports > Sales.

  • Select Customer Products to view the details.

  • The report displays all details. You can search by customer name or filter and sort the results.

ℹ️ The report displays results based on the selected time period and applied filters.

Report Details

You can view the following information:

  • Customer Name: Identifies the customer.

  • Phone Number: Contact details of the customer.

  • Product Name/SKU: The purchased product's name.

  • Quantity: Total quantity purchased by the customer.

  • Tracking Information: Batch or serial number details for traceable products only.

Exporting the Report

  • Click Export, then select (xlsx). An Excel file will be downloaded to your device, and you can view it after the download is complete.


FAQs

1- How can I identify a customer’s most purchased products?

  • Search for the customer’s name in the designated field, click on the "View Data" field, and select "Highest Quantity First.

2- Can I restrict user access to this report?
Yes. Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️> Edit User.

  • Under User Permissions, navigate to Reports > Report List > Enable Read.

  • Expand Sales Reports.

  • Go to Customer Products.

  • Enable the appropriate permissions for the user.

  • Save the changes to apply the permissions.
