Why aren’t all my products displayed?

Missing SKUs? Check filters, ignored products, disabled locations, and sync/import status.

1. Clear active filters first

In Products, any highlighted filter (Health label, ABC, Location, Supplier, Brand, Category, Tag) narrows the list. Click a highlighted filter again to turn it off. Also clear search text in the top bar.

2. Look for Ignored SKUs

SKUs you marked as Hidden/Ignore (Products → More → Hide) are removed from active planning tables. To bring them back: Settings → Ignored products → Activate.

3. Data still importing?

Right after onboarding or a major sync, some products may not yet be visible. Give the import a moment, then refresh. For longer delays, see Why does the sync process take so long?

4. Not all the products have an SKU?

Rewize suggests what to reorder at the SKU level. If a product doesn’t have a SKU in your system (e.g., Shopify or ERP), Rewize won’t include it. Please ensure all products have unique SKUs. We can also help you create them in bulk, just reach out to customer support.
