Why ignore?

Use Ignore for SKUs you don’t want Rewize to track in forecasts, health labels, or reorder lists (e.g., not tracked items). Ignored SKUs are excluded from everyday planning views until reactivated.

Ignore SKUs in Products

  1. Go to Products.

  2. Filter/search to the SKUs you don’t want tracked.

  3. Select one or many SKUs.

  4. Click MoreHide (Ignore).

Those SKUs drop out of active planning tables.

Ignore during onboarding (optional)

In the Products step of onboarding: select SKUs you don’t track → click Ignore. This keeps noisy or irrelevant items out from day one.

We also automatically recognize archived product on Shopify. You can find them in the ignored list. See next point.

Review & reactivate ignored SKUs

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll to Ignored products (bottom right).

  3. Search or page to find the SKU.

  4. Click Activate to bring it back into Products, forecasts, and reorder logic.

What’s affected when a SKU is ignored

  • Removed from Products active planning lists.

  • Not counted toward supplier reorders when you create POs.

  • Not labelled in dashboard Health labels (helps explain count mismatches if many SKUs lack suppliers and/or are ignored).

Tips

• Filter before ignoring so you don’t accidentally hide good sellers.

• Periodically review Ignored products in Settings, reactivate if items come back into range.

• If a SKU shows missing from counts, check both Ignored status and Supplier assignment.
