Where can I filter products?

Use search, health, ABC, and column filters plus left-side Location, Supplier, Brand, Category & Tag filters to zero in on SKUs.

Filter products in the Products page

Top bar filters

  • Search bar – find SKUs by name/ID.

  • Health labels – Out of stock, Overdue, At risk, Reorder, Healthy, Overstock.

  • ABC class filters – A, B, C (customizable in Settings).

  • Columns button – show/hide data columns to focus on what matters.

  • Create PO – not a filter, but activates after selecting filtered SKUs.

Click a filter to activate; click the highlighted filter again to deactivate.

Left-side filters

  • Locations – warehouses, 3PLs, fulfillment centers, marketplace-fulfilled sites.

  • Suppliers – filter by vendor name.

  • Brands – narrow to specific brand lines.

  • Categories – pulled from your connected platform (e.g., Shopify).

  • Tags – custom labels you create.

Create & manage Tags (so you can filter by them)

  1. Select one or multiple SKUs in the Products table.

  2. Click MoreAdd tags (or Remove tags).

  3. Once tagged, use the Tags filter (left side) to pull those SKUs up anytime.

Tip: Combine multiple filters (e.g., Supplier + Health label + Location) to build targeted reorder lists fast.
