Act fast: Inspect packages within 48 timer efter levering and take photos of any damage. This helps us resolve your claim quickly.

Damaged Items

  • Manufacturing defects – Tears, seams, stitching issues, print defects

  • Shipping damage – Damage during transport

  • Material flaws – Discoloration, spots, or material quality issues

  • Full replacement – We replace damaged items at no cost

  • Refund option – Choose refund if replacement isn't available

Missing Items

  • Incomplete orders – Items listed on packing slip but not in shipment

  • Wrong items – Incorrect size, color, or product received

  • Quantity discrepancies – Fewer items than ordered

  • Quick resolution – Replacement or refund issued promptly

How to Report

  1. Check within 48 timer of receiving your shipment

  2. Email us at Custom@reyrr.se with:

    • Photo evidence (clear photos of damaged areas or open box)

    • Quantity of items affected

  3. We'll review and respond within 24 business hours

  • Return shipping: Prepaid return label provided if needed

  • No restocking fees: Zero penalties for legitimate damage/missing claims
