Produktgaranti efter kategori
Reyrr Athletics tilbyder producentgaranti på udvalgte produkter. Dækningen varierer efter kategori:
Beskyttelsesudstyr: 1-2 års garantier mod fabrikationsfejl
Elektronik og tilbehør: 1 års garanti mod fabrikationsfejl
Beklædning: Dækning kun for fabrikationsfejl (syning, sømme, materialer)
Sko: 6 måneders garanti på såle- og konstruktionsfejl
Garantien dækker fabrikationsfejl, men ikke normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from improper care or storage. Cosmetic damage (fading, minor discoloration) is also ikke covered.
Lovbestemte forbrugerrettigheder
Ud over vores garanti har du forbrugerbeskyttelsesrettigheder under EU/EØS-lovgivning:
The right to a refund if goods are ikke of satisfactory quality
The right to repair or replacement if items are defective
💡 Tip: Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to our warranty — you don't have to choose one or the other. You get both protections.
How to file a warranty or defect claim
Gather your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Take clear photos of the defect from multiple angles

What happens next
After reviewing your claim, we may:
Repair the item at no cost
Replace the item with a new one
Issue a full refund or store credit
If approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the defective item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your replacement or refund.
⏰ Time-Sensitive: File your warranty claim within the warranty period. Include the date you purchased and the date you first ikkeiced the defect.
