How returns and refunds work with Klarna
When you pay with Klarna and make a return, your Klarna payment is updated as soon as we have received and processed your package.
• For a full return your Klarna invoice is cancelled or fully refunded.
• For a partial return your Klarna invoice is adjusted so you only pay for the items you keep.
• If you have already paid, Klarna refunds the amount to the same card or bank account within a few business days.
If you paid for return shipping through Reyrr’s return agreement, this return shipping fee will remain and must still be paid to Klarna even if the rest of the invoice is refunded.
Marking your return in the Klarna app
When you ship your return, we recommend that you:
Open the Klarna app.
Select your Reyrr order.
Choose the option to report a return.
Once you report the return, Klarna pauses your invoice or payments while the return is registered and processed.
Due dates and paying your Klarna invoice
You manage your Klarna invoice directly with Klarna:
• Pay in the Klarna app using a card or bank account.
• Pay on Klarna’s website by logging in.
• Check your due date and remaining balance at any time.
In many countries you can change or extend the due date in the Klarna app. Klarna may charge a fee for this and it is handled entirely by Klarna, not by Reyrr. Late or missed payments can lead to late fees and, in some markets, may affect your credit status if reported to credit bureaus, so always follow the instructions from Klarna and contact them if you need help.
