When you pay with Qliro, Reyrr handles the products and returns and Qliro handles invoices and payments. The flow is similar to Klarna but managed in the Qliro app and systems.

What happens to my Qliro invoice when I return an order

As soon as we receive and process your return we send an update to Qliro. Qliro then updates your invoice or part payment:

• Full return
The invoice is cancelled or fully refunded.

• Partial return
The invoice is adjusted so you only pay for the items you keep.

• If you already paid
Qliro refunds the amount to the same card, bank account or credit product you used.

If you paid for return shipping through Reyrr this return fee usually remains and needs to be paid even if the rest of the invoice is refunded.

How to pause or manage your Qliro invoice for a return

When you send back items we recommend that you:

  1. Open the Qliro app

  2. Find your Reyrr order

  3. Mark that you have returned items or use the function to pause the invoice if it is available in your country

This gives Qliro a signal that you are waiting for a return, reduces the risk of reminder fees and gives you more time while we process the package.

If the due date is close and your return is not yet processed you can:

• Extend the due date in the Qliro app where this function is offered
• Pay the invoice as normal and wait for Qliro to refund the difference once the return is approved

Late payments and fees

If you miss a payment, Qliro can send reminders and may add reminder and collection fees according to local law and Qliro terms. Continued non payment can lead to the claim being sent to a collection agency and in some countries registration with credit bureaus.

You always find the exact fees, interest and terms for your country and your purchase in:

• The Qliro app
• The Qliro invoice
• Qliro consumer terms on qliro.com
