There are a few common reasons why tracking may appear to be stuck:
1. It's too early
Tracking information typically activates 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
2. The package is between scans
Carriers scan packages at key checkpoints. If your package is in transit between terminals, there may be no updates for 1 to 3 days. This is completely normal.
3. Customs processing (international orders)
Packages crossing borders can sit in customs for a few days without tracking updates.
4. Carrier system delay
Sometimes carrier tracking systems experience delays. The package is still moving, but the updates are lagging behind.
