If a package is returned to us, it's usually due to one of these reasons:
Failed delivery attempts
Uncollected from pickup point (usually 7 to 14 days)
Incorrect address
Refused delivery
What happens next
Once we receive the returned package at our warehouse, we'll email you with your options:
Re-ship to the same or a corrected address (shipping fee may apply).
Full refund to your original payment method.
Processing time
It may take 5 to 10 business days for a returned package to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.
