Your invoice, receipt, and order history depend on how you placed the order and which payment method you used.
Order Confirmation and Receipt
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This serves as your receipt and includes your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and payment summary.
Qliro or Klarna Invoice
If you paid by invoice, pay-later, or installments through Qliro or Klarna, the invoice is normally sent directly by that payment provider. Check their email, app, or website for invoice details and due dates.
Order History
If you created an account before ordering, sign in and check your order history. Orders placed as a guest don't always appear automatically in your account.
VAT Receipts and B2B Invoices
For B2B orders, VAT receipts, or invoices with business details, email us with your order number, company name, VAT number, and any PO number or cost center that should be included.
