Why Did My Payment Fail?
There are several reasons a payment might not go through at checkout. Most of the time, it's something that can be quickly resolved.
Common Reasons for Payment Failures
Incorrect card details: Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly.
Insufficient funds: Make sure your account has enough balance to cover the order total.
Card expired: Check that your card hasn't passed its expiration date.
Bank declined the transaction: Some banks flag international or online purchases. Contact your bank to authorize the payment.
3D Secure verification: Many European banks require 3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check). If the verification window doesn't appear or times out, try again or use a different browser.
Billing address mismatch: Your billing address must match what your bank has on file.
What to Try
Refresh the page and try again.
Try a different payment method — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Qliro, Swish, Vipps, MobilePay, and more depending on your region.
Use a different browser or clear your cache and cookies.
If you're using Klarna or Qliro, check that you meet their eligibility requirements (these are set by the payment provider, not by us).
