How do I get access to the To Be At App?

You will receive an email invitation on 12 December to activate your account. This email contains your unique Space Code, which you will need to finalise your registration after downloading the To Be At App from your app store.

The invitation will be sent to the email address registered with your tenancy. Please also check your junk/spam folder, as the email may end up there.

If you have not received the invitation by 13 December, please email: rhapsody@tobe.at.

The invitation is sent to one user per household. Once your account is activated, you can invite your co-tenant directly via My Space in the App.


What can I do in the App?

The App is your central hub for:

  • maintenance & service requests

  • administrative requests

  • updates and building information

  • inspection scheduling

  • community & presence information

  • FAQs

All new requests and inquiries must be submitted via the App. This ensures they are registered correctly and handled without delay.
