What is your Key Handover appointment?
This is the moment we welcome you to Rhapsody, hand over your keys, and walk you through your apartment and building essentials. It is a warm, practical introduction to your new home.
How to schedule your Key Handover
After the rental agreement has been signed by both parties (you and To Be At), we will process your move-in in our system.
Once this is completed, you will receive an email invitation to the To Be At App, including your personal Space Code. After downloading the app from your app store and activating your account, you can schedule your key handover appointment via:
To Be At App → Services → Move & Manage → Key Handover
Please note that this process is automated. Your move-in appointment will be made available via the app once the contract is signed by both parties and processed, no need to call us in the meantime.
If no time slots are available anymore, feel free to send us a message via the app under Requests, and we will look at the available options with you.

1.2 Checklist: What to Arrange Before Moving In
Before your move-in date, please arrange the following:
→ Utilities
You are responsible for arranging your own utilities. This should be done as soon as you receive your invitation to register in the To Be At App. Delays in setting up utilities may have consequences for your move-in.

• Electricity: Provider of your choice
• Heating: Eteck
For heating, Eteck provides a self-help page with information about your heat interface unit, troubleshooting, and common questions:

To make arranging utilities easier, we’ve partnered with Utility Direct — a service that can help you set up essentials such as water, electricity, internet and more in one go. You can find Utility Direct in the app under: Services → Vendors
→ Register with the municipality
You can register your new address via the Gemeente Amsterdam website. For any questions about the registration process, the municipality is the best point of contact, as To Be At is not involved in this process.
→ Set up the To Be At App
The To Be At App is your central hub for communication, service requests, building updates, and the Knowledge Base.
→ Deliveries & movers
For parcel deliveries, please use MyPup.
When planning movers or larger deliveries, please avoid blocking the road or entrances and keep in mind that parking fees may apply.
1.3 Required Documents & Identification
Please bring a valid ID or passport of the contract holder. Note that the key handover can only take place with individuals named on the rental agreement.
