2.1 Key Handover & Access to the Building

During your appointment, you will receive:

  • 6 apartment keys

  • 3 tag fobs

  • 2 mailbox keys

We will show you:
→ how to enter the building
→ how door readers and tags work
→ how to access storage and bike areas

Please store your keys and tags safely — replacement costs apply.

For household and bulky waste disposal, designated collection points and schedules can be found via the municipality website. The municipal waste guide shows the collection days for bulky waste, waste bags, paper/cardboard, and organic waste (vegetable, fruit, food scraps, and garden waste) for your address.

It also shows nearby containers for residual waste, glass, paper/cardboard, textiles, bread, and organic waste.

2.2 Move-In Guidelines

To ensure a smooth move-in:
→ Avoid blocking entrances and hallways
→ Dispose of packaging materials in the correct containers
→ Protect elevators and walls when moving large items (if applicable)

If you encounter any issues during your move, let us know via the app.

2.3 Your Apartment Walkthrough

We will guide you through:

  • Heating & ventilation

  • Appliances (oven, dishwasher, induction hob)

  • Water meter location

  • Extractor hood

  • How to report malfunctions via Requests

The condition of the apartment will be recorded in a delivery report, which reflects the state of the apartment upon handover.

At the end of the tenancy, the apartment must be returned in the same condition, taking normal wear and tear into account. During the tenancy, residents are responsible for reporting any malfunctions or inquiries in a timely manner.
