Adding a resume to a participant’s profile is easy and only takes a few steps. Once completed, your participant will be considered “job ready,” be able to apply to jobs, receive personalized recommendations based on their skills and experience, and be seen by employers through our Recommendation Engine.
From the Participants screen:
Once you click on the participant’s name, it will open a slide menu on the right-hand side of your screen. If you have an existing resume file to upload, click Files and upload the file to the participant's profile. If you do not have an existing resume, you use RiseKit's Resume Builder by clicking on Resume Manager to add experiences and skills to produce a professional document. You may also make edits to and download their resume from here, as well.

Under Resource Outcomes, you can see all resources shared with them, define any statuses attached to their progress, and see the history of when they last interacted with the resource you shared ("Show History").
