How do I find previous chats I’ve had?

No problem! Revisiting previous chats is easy.

From the Chats screen:

How do I add a participant?

There are a couple really easy ways to add participants under your organization in RiseKit.

How do I upload a resume?

Adding a resume to a participant’s profile is easy and only takes a few steps. Once completed, your participant will be considered “job ready,” be able to apply to jobs, receive personalized recommendations based on their skills and experience, and be seen by employers through our Recommendation Engine.

Once you click on the participant’s name, it will open a slide menu on the right-hand side of your screen. If you have an existing resume file to upload, click Files and upload the file to the participant's profile. If you do not have an existing resume, you use RiseKit's Resume Builder by clicking on Resume Manager to add experiences and skills to produce a professional document. You may also make edits to and download their resume from here, as well.

How do I share a job?

Here are a couple places to get started.

From the Home screen:

Under Browse Resources > Job, find the opportunity you want to share and click on the tile.

Once inside, click Send to Participants and follow the instructions from there.

How do I manage my notifications?

RiseKit has a number of settings you can adjust around how you are being notified about account activity.

From the main portal, visit Settings:

How do I add a new resource or job to RiseKit?

Creating a new job or resource in RiseKit is luckily quite simple.

How do I reset my password?

Whether you forgot your password or just want a new one: first logout of your RiseKit account by visiting the left-hand navigation menu, at the bottom.

When you arrive at the login screen, click Forgot Password? and simply follow the instructions from there.

How do I see jobs my participants have engaged with?

Accessing your participants’ progress around RiseKit resources is what makes using our platform so time efficient.

From the Participants screen, click on an individual's name to bring up a slide window:

Under Resource Outcomes, you can see all resources shared with them, define any statuses attached to their progress, and see the history of when they last interacted with the resource you shared ("Show History").
