The Referrals Hub gives your team a central place to manage referrals — both the ones you send to partner organizations and the ones they send to you.
Viewing Your Outgoing Referrals
The Outgoing tab shows referrals your organization has sent to partners. Click on a participant's name (or the arrow icon at the end of the row) to open a detail panel with:
Client information — name, email, phone, date of birth, and zip code
Referred-to contact — the person at the partner organization, including their email and phone
Referral details — services requested, program area, urgency level, the staff member who submitted it, and any notes
Status — current referral status with a color-coded badge (red for high urgency, yellow for medium, green for low)
If the participant has a profile on RiseKit, their name links directly to their Control Panel.
Viewing Incoming Referrals from Partners
The Incoming tab includes a Referrals from Partner Organizations section at the top. These are referrals that other organizations have sent to contacts at your organization.
Click on an incoming referral to open a detail panel showing:
Who sent the referral (organization name and staff member)
Client details
Which of your contacts the referral was sent to
Referral details and current status
Survey Responses and File Attachments
When a referral includes survey responses, you can view them in the referral detail panel. If the respondent uploaded files as part of a survey answer, those appear as downloadable links — click to save them to your computer.
For questions where the respondent selected an option and also typed additional text (like choosing "Other" and adding a reason), you'll see both displayed together.
