Welcome to RiseKit: Managing Participants

See how to add, enroll, and support participants from onboarding through job outcomes.

This is the first video in our Welcome to RiseKit series. It walks through how to manage participants in RiseKit from onboarding through outcomes and dashboard reporting.

Adding a New Participant

Add a participant by clicking Invite Participants. Fill in their profile details, then send them an invitation email to get them started on their account.

Enrolling a Participant in a Program

Once a participant is added, enroll them in a chosen program or set of services. You can attach notes to the enrollment to give your team context as the participant moves forward.

Moving Through Enroll and Engage

As participants progress, move them from Enroll into Engage. At this stage, send resources or job opportunities that align with their goals and needs.

Completing the Program and Recording Outcomes

When a participant finishes the program, mark it complete and record their job outcome. For example: "Hired as a cashier at $15 an hour, part time, at Walgreens."

Following Up in the Alumni Area

After completion, participants move into the Alumni area, where they can log follow-ups such as a regular check-ins, wage increases, job retentions, skills or credentials earned, etc.

Reviewing Impact on Your Dashboard

Logging your results in RiseKit allows you to track your overall organization or specific programs and visualize the impact you've made. The four dashboards currently available let you see how long people spend at different stages in your program, a barrier impact analysis, a demographic breakdown, or outcomes from your team's work.
