Custom Column Settings

Company Settings

In order to setup a custom worksheet format that is applied to each subsequent project, go to the Default Project Settings Page and select the Properties Tab.

In the properties tab you will be able to add a new property to:

  • Node

  • Deviation

  • Cause

  • Consequence

  • Safeguard

  • Recommendation

  • Remarks

When you add a new Property, you must assign a Property Title and the type of Property.

For Property Types you can select:

  • String (any description)

  • Boolean (Yes/No)

  • Number

  • Name (Person Name, linked from Sessions Tab in Documents Page)

  • Drawing (Drawing Number, linked from Drawings Section in Documents Page)

  • Dropdown (where you can create a custom dropdown options

Once Custom Properties are setup, then on the following created projects, those properties will be automatically included in the worksheet setup. Within each project, a user can still customize what properties they want to add or remove.

Project Settings

Similar to Default Settings, users can add Custom Properties to a Project Setting that just impacts that project. If a user wants a project setting to be utilized as company default settings going forward, they can select the Default Settings selection in the top right

Custom Columns on Worksheet

All new properties will be observed on the HAZOP Worksheet (Tree View and Grid View).

Import/Export with Custom Columns

When you export or import a file, now it will consider custom columns.

  • On Exports, they will appear as new columns

  • On Imports, columns from the imported CSV file can now be mapped to Custom Columns in LivePHA
