Resetting your password
Password changes and resets are initiated from the login screen by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the Login page.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link and enter your username (your email address) and the system will email a link to reset your password.
After clicking on the email link, the system will allow you to update your password.
Some restrictions apply to passwords. Passwords must follow these parameters:
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long
Passwords must contain one upper case letter, lowercase letter and a number
New Password and Confirm Password fields must match.
Accessing the Login Page
If you are logged into Risk Alive and need to update your password, exit to the login page by clicking "Logout". The "Logout" link can be found at the bottom of the Results page menu and in the top menu of the Analytics Landing page.
