Track when, where, and who made changes to your PHA

Overview

The LivePHA™ History tab allows tracking of changes in the PHA data in the context of who made the change, when was the change made, and what the change was. All changes are summarized in a viewer-friendly timeline format, with the ability to drill down into further details for each change as-needed.

Navigation

The History of changes can be found by clicking on the "clock" icon in the left-side ribbon of your LivePHA window (see Figure 1 below). This page has two views: the Summary View and the Detail View.

Summary View

The History tab will automatically default first to the Summary View. You can tell that you are in this view when the "View All Details" button is present on the top right corner of the window (see Figure 2 below).

A timeline in the centre of the screen divides the interface into two sections:

  • On the left side, the text boxes display the type of data changes. Green text boxes and texts indicate a successful data submission to Risk Alive (for analytics updates), as seen in Figure 2. Any unsuccessful data submission attempts will be represented by red text and text boxes.

  • On the right side, you can find the "who" and the "when" for each change, that is,

    • Name and email address of the Risk Alive user that made the change and

    • A time stamp for when the change was made (shown in the user's local timezone)

Note: Whenever new data is imported, you can download a CSV copy of the imported data for backup or investigation purposes (see Figure 3 below).

Detail View

The details of every data change can be found by clicking on the "View All Details" button. Additional details related to a specific change can be found by clicking on the corresponding "View Details" button on the Summary view.

The Detail View (see Figure 4 below) shows the "from" and the "to" of the change, that is the original data (in red and strike-through text), and the new data (in green). The "who" and the "when" details on the right-side of the centre timeline do not change.

To go back to the Summary View, click on the "Back to Summary" button on the top right corner of the Detail View window.
