Here’s how you can post a job and begin receiving interest from vetted drivers in real-time:

Get started by signing up and creating your company profile

Head to app.roadninja.co.nz and log in using your company account details.

If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up here.

You'll complete a questionnaire to provide essential information and broad preferences about your typical driving service needs, including required driver license classes, endorsements, driving types, and locations.

From your dashboard, initiate the job creation process. You will need to specify key details for the booking, such as the job title, a description of the tasks, the vehicle involved, the date and time range required, and the location (postcode).

You will also define the specific driver criteria needed, including the required driver license class, endorsements, and any specific driving types (e.g., chillers, flat deck)

An Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) is also established at this stage.

Once the job requirements are defined, you can send the request. The system automatically filters drivers based on the criteria you've set (license class, driving type, endorsements, location) and sends the request to all matching, available drivers. Drivers receive instant alerts for matching jobs.

Drivers who receive the job request can choose to accept or decline it. Instead of seeing just one option, you will be presented with profiles of the multiple drivers who have accepted your job request.

You can review each profile, which includes essential details like past experience, ratings, reviews, and any relevant endorsements or license classes.

Once you have reviewed the interested drivers, you select the driver you wish to hire. At this point, you pay the one-time, upfront booking fee for the job.

You only pay when you successfully approve and confirm a driver. Full profile details and additional information for the confirmed driver are then shared.
