With Road Ninja, you only pay a booking fee when you confirm a driver. Our pricing model is designed for transparency and value, rewarding you for longer and repeat bookings without hidden charges.
Unlike traditional agencies, Road Ninja does not charge upfront membership fees or ongoing access costs. Our pricing involves two distinct components for every job:
The Driver's Fee
This is the driver's hourly rate for their service. You see this rate upfront, and Road Ninja does not add any markup. This fee is paid directly to the driver for the transportation services upon job completion.
The Booking Fee
This is a one-time booking fee paid to Road Ninja when you confirm your driver for a booking.
How Your Booking Fee is Calculated
The Booking Fee is designed to provide greater value for larger bookings through our automatic discount system.
Base Fee
The standard Booking Fee is calculated at 38% of the initial booking value.
Minimum Fee
Through our stacked discounts, your fee can be reduced significantly, but it will never fall below a minimum of 12%.
Every booking is automatically assessed for discounts that are combined, or "stacked", to lower your booking fee.
| Density Discount | The Booking Fee is reduced by 1.5% for each hour booked beyond six hours in a single workday (up to a maximum reduction of 9% for a 12-hour day). |
| Length Discount | The Booking Fee is reduced by 1.5% for every six full days included within the same booking. |
| Loyalty Discount | The Booking Fee for future bookings with a specific driver is reduced by 1.5% for every six cumulative days that driver has completed for you. This discount can accumulate up to a maximum of 18%. |
This structure ensures that the more you use the platform for longer jobs or with preferred drivers, the more you save.
