Disputes are a normal part of working jobs through Road Ninja. Most are caused by a misunderstanding about how much time was logged and submitted for payment, and they can usually be resolved quickly.
How to Resolve a Dispute
If a company has opened a dispute on one of your jobs, you can resolve it by adjusting your billable hours. Follow these steps to resolve it:
Open the Road Ninja app.
Tap My Jobs.
Tap the icon in the upper right corner to view disputed jobs.
Select the job marked as In Dispute.
Tap Update to review your billable hours.
Adjust your hours or update your logbook photos as needed.
Tap Submit when you're finished.
After submitting your changes, check the Chat section for any messages from the company. They may have shared additional feedback or requested updates.
Act Quickly
Addressing the dispute as soon as possible helps ensure both sides are satisfied and avoids delays in payment.
