Use this guide if you need to submit hours for a job date that has already passed or if you need to correct a submission that was interrupted.
Logging hours for a past-date job
If you accept a booking after the start time has passed (e.g., accepting a job on Tuesday that started on Monday), the past date will automatically move to your Completed Jobs section.
Go to the My Jobs page.
Tap the filing icon (top right corner) to open the Completed Jobs section.
Select the relevant job and tap Log Hours.
Update the Start and End times to reflect when you worked.
Select your billing preference (Actual Time or Booked Time).
Upload your logbook photo and add any optional comments.
Tap Submit.
Resuming an interrupted submission
If you tapped "Complete Job" but closed the app before attaching your logbook or finalising details, the job will move to Completed Jobs with an "In Review" status.
To finish your submission:
Go to My Jobs.
Tap the filing icon (top right corner) to open Completed Jobs.
Open the specific job and tap Update.
Correct your job hours if needed.
Important: You cannot attach a logbook photo using the "Update" function. If you missed this step during the initial submission, you must send your logbook photo to the company directly via the Chat function in the job.
